Refund and Cancellation

Learn to Sphere has a clear cancellation and refund policy for webinars/events:

:- If a webinar is cancelled due to insufficient registrations or unforeseen circumstances, attendees will be notified and can choose from:
:- A recorded version of the webinar (valid for 6 months)
:- A different webinar of the same price at a future date and time
:- An on-demand recording (past event) of equal value
:- Refunds will not be processed if participants fail to attend the webinar
:- Cancellations will be notified 24 hours before the scheduled start time
:- Digital products (live, recording, transcript) are non-returnable after purchase
:- Group attendees can register up to 10 participants, and if the webinar is cancelled, they can opt for the above options.
:- A registration can only be canceled by contacting Learn to Sphere Customer Service. Registration cannot be canceled by clicking on the link in the Confirmation or Reminder email.
:- Learn to Sphere can not be held responsible in case you don't receive login credentials or any email because of any firewall or SPAM filters in your Organization. Please make sure you whitelist https://learntosphere.com on your network.

Learn to Sphere is not responsible for any additional expenses incurred due to cancellations.
